摘要
低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)技术可以实现微波器件的小体积和高可靠性。基于集总参数形式滤波器的设计思路,利用LTCC技术的多层结构和立体布线技术,通过Ansoft HFSS软件对滤波器中电容和电感元件的特性参数提取,可以快速地完成滤波器中电容和电感元件的建模与仿真,从而实现LTCC滤波器的快速设计。利用这种快速设计方法,设计并实现一款截止频率为1.5 GHz的低通滤波器,测试结果与仿真结果相吻合。该结构滤波器的尺寸显著减小,从而有利于实现电路的小型化。
Low Temperature Cofired Ceramic(LTCC) filter can realize the characteristics of high performance and miniaturization.Based on the design of lumped parameter filter,the LTCC filter can be realized rapidly with the help of Ansoft HFSS by modeling and simulation of the lumped capacitance C and lumped inductor L.A 1.5 GHz low-pass filter is designed and manufactured,and its characteristics are consistent with the simulated results.The filter is reduced in size and can be used to miniaturize the circuit.
