摘要
采用两个同类型放大器芯片负载共享并联输出技术,设计了一种新型大动态范围示波器信道保护电路。该保护电路输入、输出电压幅度范围均为±10V,线性良好,输出电压噪声均方根值低于229μV,大信号带宽优于200MHz。当输入电压幅度超过±10V范围时,输出电压幅度稳定在±10V附近,无明显上冲、下冲现象,可以有效防止大电压幅度输入信号损坏示波器信道,达到保护示波器测试数据安全的目的。
A novel oscilloscope channel protection method using the load sharing technology for large dynamic range signals is introduced.The input/output voltage amplitude range of the circuit is±10 V,and the input/output linearity is good.The output voltage noise root mean square is less than 229μV,and the large signal bandwidth is better than 200 MHz.When the input voltage amplitude is more than±10 V,the output voltage amplitude will be stabilized at about ±10 V without obvious overshoot and undershoot.The protector can effectively prevent the input signal from damaging the oscilloscope channel and achieve the purpose of sampling data safety.
