摘要
高考英语恢复已有四十年,从经验化考试到标准化考试探索,再到标准化考试的推广和改革,发展到新课程改革后"一纲多卷"的分省命题模式,考试内容不断变化,测试形式也随之调整。文章描述我国高考英语测试发展脉络,认为要优化我国高考英语测试体系,应当正确认识高考英语考试性质,科学设置高考英语测试目标,全面优化高考英语测试任务,开展长效的效度验证和考试使用论证,提升英语教师与测试工作者的测评素养。
The history of English test in College Entrance Examination has evolved through these stages:non-standardized test, attempt,popularization and innovation of standardized test, and province-based autonomous test designed under the guidance of National Examination Syllabus. Now it is necessary to further optimize the test from these aspects:to have a proper understanding of the essence of English test in College Entrance Examination, to set a scientific testing goal, to perfect the testing task, to make a long-term tracking of the test validity, and to improve English teachers' testing proficiency.
