新阶段“东向政策”下印度-东盟关系对中国的挑战及其对策

The challenges and countermeasures of India-ASEAN relations to China under the“Look East Policy”at the new stage

新阶段"东向政策"下印度与东盟的关系全面得到深化,从地区格局变化以及地缘因素考虑,印度-东盟关系的强化将对中国的外部环境产生双重影响。中国既要认识到中国-印度-东盟三者关系仍然是以和平共处与共同繁荣为主流,同时亦要认真研究印度-东盟对中国崛起的猜忌进而可能存在着牵制中国的意图。因此,中国应当未雨绸缪,在和平共处的前提下妥善预防和规避这种风险。

The relationship between India and ASEAN has been deepened comprehensively under the ＊Look East Policy” in the new stage. The strengthening of India-ASEAN relations will have a doubleeffect on the external environment of China, in view of regional pattern changes and geopolitical factor.China should realize th at China-India-ASEAN relations are still based on peaceful coexistence and common prosper i ty , and at the same t im e , they should seriously study India-ASEAN^ suspicion about the rise of China which may contain the intention of containing China. T h e re fo re, China should take precaut ions, inthe premise of peaceful coexistence to properly prevent and avert this risk.
