高校校友协同培育“双创”人才的机制构建与实现路径

Mechanism construction and implementation path of alumni participating in the collaborative cultivation of“innovation and entrepreneurship”talents

校友资源是高校发展的重要社会资源,也是助推高校发展的多元动力之一。植根于国家"双创"战略需要,文章提出以高校校友协同学校"双创"人才培育的理念,对高校校友资源在协同培育"双创"人才的机制、所应承担的角色和所能发挥的作用进行了探索。凝练出"四位一体"校友协同育人工作体系、"三个一"校友协同育人工程、"三化两联合"校友导师育人工作机制等具有鲜明特色的资源整合路径,提出了个性化与项目化相结合、分散型与集中型相结合的校友协同"双创"人才培育工作思路,总结了在校友资源参与下的"双创"人才培养成效。提出的校友协同培育"双创"人才探索可为其他高校开发、整合校友资源参与学校人才培养提供经验和参考。

Alumni resource is the multi-dimensional impetus for the development is the important social resource. Based on the needs of national “ Innovation and E ntrep ren eursh ip”strategy , this paper proposed the cultivation conception of university alumni participating in the co-cultivation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship ta le n ts , made an exploration on the role and action of alumni resources in the co-cultivation of ^Innovation and Entrep ren eursh ip” ta le n ts, and summarized the unique alumni resources integration paths such as “ Quaterni ty” alumni work sys tem , “ T h re eO n e” alumni collaborative cultivation prog ram, and “ Three in One and two combinations ” alumni tu to r working mechanism. F u r th e rmo re, this paper proposed the working ideas of alumni participating in the collaborative cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents which is characterized by personalization and project in teg rat ion, dispersion and concentration combination, summarized the innovation and entrepreneurship talents training effect under the participation by the alumni resources. These experiences can provide reference for the resource development and resource integration of university alumni resources.
