摘要
本文阐述了一种高性能的内置式铁氧体永磁(IPM)电动机,其转子磁极结构由4块形状、尺寸相同的铁氧体磁体组成,通过对磁体尺寸及配置结构的优化设计,该电机非常便于安装和批量化生产。采用数学软件分析方法,对两者的效率和磁特性进行分析比较,它们性能基本一致,但价格仅为稀土永磁钕铁硼磁体的1/4~1/3,该电机以其优越的性价比,有望获得广泛应用。
In this paper, a high performance of the ferrite interior permanent magnet(IPM) motor, the structure of the magnetic pole of the rotor is composed by four pieces of the same shape and size ferrite body magnet, by optimizing the design of magnet size and configuration structure, the motor is very easy to installation and mass production. Using mathematical software analysis method, comparative analysis, their performance are basically the same for both efficiency and magnetic properties, but the price is only for rare earth permanent magnet Nd Fe B magnets 1/4 to 1/3, the motor with its advantages of price, is expected to receive wide application.
