由于水冷发动机广泛用于三轮车,但因传统水冷发动机固有的一些结构缺陷,导致市场故障率相对于风冷反而高,这严重制约了水冷发动机的市场推广,为此我们针对水冷系列发动机气缸头密封垫烧蚀、曲轴滚针异常磨损等水冷常见问题,经过力帆技术部门近3年的潜心研究,对一些关键零部件进行了大胆的原创性设计,开发了战狼水冷系列发动机,发动机耐久性、可靠性得到全面提升,更好地满足市场的使用要求。

Because water-cooled engines are widely used in tricycles due to the inherent structural defects of traditional water-cooled engines. Its failure rate is rather high compared with the air-cooled ones. It seriously restricts the marketing of water-cooled engines. Therefore, we have conducted researches and revised designs on key parts and compoenets, such as the pad ablation, abnormal wear of the needle roller and other water-cooled problems. By this way, we have developed Zhanlang series engines with better durability and reliabilty to meet the demands of the market.
