摘要
在运营商传统语音、短信等业务收入能力下降的背景下,能力开放已经成为国际、国内运营商将传统能力变现及推动收入增长的新动力。本文在对比国际运营商及国内三大运营商能力开放情况的基础上,分析出国内运营商存在着同质化严重、未构筑良好开发环境、数字化能力缺乏、展示页面过于简单等问题,并从开放不同颗粒度API、紧抓市场需求、结合公司战略及产品展示4个方面提出推动能力开放发展的建议。
In the background with voice and SMS services revenue declining, capacity opening becomes a new driving force for international and domestic operators to promote their income growth. Comparing the capacity opening situation between international operators and domestic operators, this paper points out the four main problems, which are homogenization, lacking of good development environment, lacking of digital ability, and the poor display pages, of domestic operators during their capacity opening. After that, this paper gives four suggestions, which are opening API from different scales, grasping the market demand, combining with company's strategy and optimizing product display, to promote their capacity opening.
