摘要
流量经营按不同探索方向可分为套餐创新、商业模式创新以及融合服务3个阶段,当前国际领先运营商已将流量经营重点集中于新FMC融合,将流量与内容/应用/服务的融合视为收入增长的重要驱动力。结合我国流量业务发展现状,建议我国运营商在市场发展策略与能力建设两方面,分别从用户及网络基础、内容资源和平台建设、营销策略与运营保障、第三方合作4个层面进行强化。
Data opeartion can be divided into three phases, including package innovation, business model innovation and integration service innovation, by different exploration directions, while the leading international operators focus on new FMC convergence,and regard the integration of data and content/application/services as an important driving force for revenue growth.Considering the development stage of China's data business, it is suggested that China's operators strength the market development strategy and capacity building from four aspects, which are user and network infrastructure, content resources and platform construction, marketing strategy and operational support, and third-party cooperation.
