摘要
针对纸病检测系统中线性LED光源照射效果不均匀以及光源控制中的耦合问题,介绍了以被检测纸病图像灰度的均匀度为优化目标,在拟合LED点光源照度分布函数的基础上,利用菌群算法对光源系统参数进行寻优运算,并根据寻优结果对光源系统进行结构优化,同时对各LED点光源进行功率控制。实验结果表明,优化后光照均匀度在95%以上,该方法实现了照明系统对纸张缺陷均匀照射的效果,成像质量显著提高。
Aiming at the uneven illumination of linear LED light source and the coupling effect of light source in paper defect detection system. In order to optimize gray uniformity of detected paper defect images,the parameters of light source system were optimized by using bacterial colony algorithm based on fitting the LED point light source illumination distribution function,and the structure of light source system was optimized according to the optimization results,meanwhile,the LED point light source power was controlled. The experimental results showed that the optimized light uniformity was more than 95%,the method realized the uniform illumination on the paper defects and significantly improved the quality of the images.
