摘要
本试验通过组织培养手段,以黄槐种子为材料,研究3种抑菌剂在无菌组织培养体系各阶段中的抑菌效果和对苗木生长的影响,寻找出各阶段的最优技术参数组合,形成完整的组培再生植株。结果表明,在黄槐组培的各个阶段,爱力克、益培隆和益培灵均可有效减轻微生物污染,提高试验成效,降低试验成本。爱力克和益培灵更适合用于黄槐组培,浓度降低时,抑菌剂促进组培苗的生长;而浓度过高则呈现出抑制作用。
This experiment adopted the system of micropropagation in Cassia surattensis Burm. to study the antibacterial effect of three bacteriostats,the suitable medium in each stage had been found out,and the test-tube plant was well. The results showed that at each stage of the group,Ailike,Yipeilong and Yipeiling could effectively reduce microbial contamination,improve test results and reduce test costs. Ailike and Yipeiling were more suitable for the tissue culture of Cassia surattensis Burm.,and when the concentration was reduced,the bacteriostat promoted the growth of the tissue culture,while the concentration was too high,which showed the inhibitory effect.
