紫外分光光度法与高效液相色谱法测定板栗花水提液中总黄酮含量的比较研究 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]建立板栗花水提液中总黄酮含量的快速、准确测定方法,为产品开发提供技术支持。[方法]以槲皮苷为对照品,分别采用紫外分光光度法与高效液相色谱法测定板栗花水提液中总黄酮的含量。[结果]紫外分光光度法测得总黄酮的含量为4.62 mg/mL,高效液相色谱法测得总黄酮的含量为4.64 mg/mL,2种方法所得结果基本一致。[结论]紫外分光光度法与高效液相色谱法均可用于板栗花水提液中总黄酮的准确定量,但在实际生产应用中完全可用紫外分光光度法替代高效液相色谱法对总黄酮的含量进行快速测定。 [ObjectiveJTo establish rapid and accurate quantitative determination method of total flavonoids in water extracts of chestnut flower and provide technical support for product development.[MethodsJTaking quercitrin as the contool, UV spectrophotometry and HPLC were used to determine the content of total flavonods in water extracts of chestnut flower, respectively. [ResultsJThe content of total flavonoids determined by UV spectrophotometry was 4.62 mg/mL, and by HPLC was 4.64 mg/mL.The content of total flavonoids obtained by the two methods were basically consistent. [Conclusion] Both UV spectrophotometry and HPLC could be used for accurate quantitative determination of total flavonoids in water extracts of chestnut flower,but in actual production, UV spectrophotometry could completely replace HPLC to determine the total flavonoids quickly.
