高原特色农牧业产业集群动力机制分析--以西藏为例

Analysis on Dynamic Mechanism of Plateau Characteristic Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Industry Cluster:Taking Tibet as an Example

产业集群动力机制是制定产业集群发展战略的重要理论依据。钻石模型的六要素是产业集群动力机制的主导因素。受区位政治经济环境和行业特性的影响,六要素在不同区域、行业中的主导作用、相互间关系存在差异。经分析得出要素禀赋、市场需求、政府是西藏高原特色农牧业产业集群动力机制的关键要素,因而应从此3个方面着手促进集群进程、提升集群效应。

The dynamic mechanism of industrial clusters is an important theoretical basis for the development strategy of industrial clusters.The six elements of the diamond model are the dominant factors in the dynamic mechanism of industrial clusters. Affected by regional political and economic environment and industry characterist ics, the six factors play different roles in different areas and different industries.Analysis results showed that factor endowment,market demand and government were the key factors of the dynamic mechanism of the plateau characteristics agricultural and animal husbandry industrial cluster in Tibet, thus it should be started from these three aspects to promote the cluster process and enhance the cluster effect.
