摘要
液体静压支撑油缸是岩石力学试验机最为关键的组成部分。油缸的润滑油膜厚度、压力分布、刚度、承载力分布直接影响试验机的工作精度。本文以液体静压支撑油缸的润滑油膜为研究对象,基于液体静压技术理论,对油膜的刚度和承载力进行理论数值计算。利用ANSYS-CFX联合仿真平台,对其速度、压力变化进行静态研究,数值计算结果和联合仿真结果一致,从而得出当试验机的轴向载荷为2000 kN时,油缸的油膜厚度取30μm,满足要求。
Hydrostatic support cylinder is the most important part of the rock mechanic testing machine. The oil film thickness of cylinder,the pressure distribution,the stiffness and the bearing capacity distribution directly affect the work precision of testing machine. Regarding the oil film of hydrostatic support cylinder as the research object,basing on the theory of hydrostatic technology,to numerical calculate the stiffness and bearing capacity of the oil film. Using ANSYS-CFX joint simulation platform to make a static research on the variation of speed and pressure,the results of numerical calculation and simulation results has obtained the very good consistency,and thus it is concluded that when the machine axial load is 2000 kN,choose the oil film thickness of the oil cylinder 30 μm meets the requirements.
