大型造船龙门起重机旋转吊梁结构设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对大型造船龙门起重机在吊装船体分段过程中无法旋转定位问题,设计一种旋转吊梁,该结构可以实现船厂对大型分段的精确定位需求。依据《起重机设计规范》对旋转吊梁不同的工况进行受力分析,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench建立旋转吊梁模型,进行有限元数值计算,得到旋转吊梁结构应力危险区域,修改结构设计,直至其强度与刚度满足规范要求。 In view of the problem that the large shipbuilding gantry crane can not rotate in the process of lifting the hull,a kind of rotary suspending beam is designed. This structure can realize the precise positioning requirement of the shipyard for large hull. The force analysis of rotary suspending beam under different working conditions is carried out according to the design rules for cranes. The rotary suspending beam model is established using finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench,the finite element numerical calculation is carried out and the stress danger zone of the rotary suspending beam is obtained,the structure design is modified until the strength and stiffness meet the requirement of the rules.
