摘要
随着建筑项目不断追求创新和节能,为了实现建筑内部的复杂空间设计以及内部空间最大化的愿景,全新的设计方式BIM取代CAD已然成为了一种必然趋势.结合BIM在建筑给排水专业设计中的应用实例,主要从图纸出错率低、可视化、模拟流动和空间最大化等方面进行详细的分析,介绍BIM技术在建筑给排水专业设计上应用的优势,并简单介绍其目前存在的问题,为实现BIM协同设计做出贡献.
With the continuous pursuit of innovation and energy-saving in construction projects,BIM has become an inevitable trend in order to realize the complex space design and the maximization of internal space in buildings.Based on the application example of BIM in the professional design of architectural water supply and drainage,this paper mainly analyzes the advantages of BIM technology in the design,such as low-error rate,visualization,simulated flow and space maximization,and briefly introduces its current problems,so as to contribute to the realization of BIM collaborative design.
