媒体融合背景下,期刊编辑面临着严峻的挑战和考验。为了更好地适应新媒体环境,对期刊编辑的角色转型和能力拓展进行研究,以期为期刊编辑的成功转型提供理论依据。
The challenges and opportunities for journal editors coexist in the environment of media integration.In order to better adapt to the new media environment,analyze and study the role transformation and ability expansion of journal editors,hoping to provide a theoretical basis for the successful transformation of journal editors.
