摘要
针对传统的架撤机构存在架设高度、重量及机动性的互相制约问题,设计了一种新型高机动雷达天线架撤机构,采用空间连杆多油缸协调驱动技术,实现了新体制雷达天线的快速架设/撤收及高机动性设计。试验及使用表明,该机构性能稳定、安全性高、易于操作,具有广阔的应用前景。
A new type of erecting and dismounting mechanism for mobile radar antenna is designed to solve the problem of mutual restraint in height,weight,and mobility of the traditional mechanism.The coordination driving technology for spatial linkage multi-cylinder is adopted to realize fast erecting and dismounting of the new radar antenna.The experiment results show that the mechanism is of stability,high safety,and easy operation with broad application prospects.
