摘要
针对语音玩具噪声测试容易产生声音互相干扰的问题,对噪音测试流程进行了细致的研究,提出了运用PLC控制自动定位、视频画面实时监控、人机互动数据存储等先进制造技术,设计了1套可由单人实现的语音玩具噪声测试系统。该系统运用PLC控制技术实现语音玩具最大发音点的准确定位,运用视频实时监控技术和人机交互技术,实现对处在不同空间的测试系统的操作控制。测试结果表明,该系统结构设计合理,自动化程度高,可视化操作简单易学,能提高测试准确性和测试效率,降低人力成本,增加实验室经济效益。
By carrying out detailed study on noise test process,this paper proposes to design a set of noise test system for voice toy based on technologies of PLC automatic positioning,real-time video monitoring,and human-computer interaction data storing.The system can accurately locate the maximum voice point of the voice toy by using PLC technology.In addition,systems in different places can be controlled by using the technologies of real-time video monitoring and human-computer interaction.The test results show that the proposed system is of reasonable structural design,high degree of automation,and easy visualization,which can improve the test accuracy and efficiency,cut down labor costs,as well as increase economic benefits.
