基于多代理的高精度冷拔管制造工艺智能化改进

摘要 针对高精度冷拔管的制造工艺,提出了多代理的生产工艺智能化改造的系统设计。根据生产工艺路线,分别对退火、酸洗、钢管的冷拔过程,使用传感器对生产过程进行监测,实现生产过程中的智能化。设计了智能检测方案,用物联网技术,采集和控制整个工艺系统,保证高精度冷拔工艺的顺利进行。智能化改造后,能够及时发现生产故障,提高生产效率。 A system design scheme for intelligent transformation of manufacturing process based on multi-agent is proposed in this paper to improve the manufacturing process for high precision cold-drawn pipe.Firstly,sensors were used intelligently to monitor the process of annealing,pickling,and cold drawing.Secondly,intelligent detection scheme was designed,using the Internet of things technology to collect data and control the whole manufacturing process,which guaranteed the smooth operation of the high precision cold drawing process.After the intelligent transformation,it is easy to find the production failure timely and the efficiency of production can be improved.
