正畸联合修复治疗前牙缺失伴错畸形118例观察

Treatment of anterior teeth missing complicated with malocclusion by orthodontic therapy combined with repair:report of 118 cases

目的:对正畸结合修复治疗前牙缺失伴错畸形患者的临床效果进行观察。方法:回顾性分析前牙缺失患者的临床资料共118例,总结前牙缺失伴错畸形患者的治疗效果。结果:118例患者中59例患者直接进行修复;59例患者通过保留或关闭缺牙间隙,经6~12个月正畸治疗,牙齿排列整齐后再联合修复,恢复牙列的完整和正常的咬合关系。随访1年,直接修复组成功率79.66%,联合治疗组成功率为96.61%。结论:正畸联合修复治疗前牙缺失伴错畸形患者,弥补了直接修复治疗的不足,临床应用安全,疗效肯定,优势明显。

Objective： To investigate the clinica l efficacy of orthodontic therapycombined with repair on anterior teethmissing complicated with malocclusion. Methods： Aretrospective analysis was made in the teeth missing complicated with malocclusion,and then the clinical efficacy was summarized. Results： were repaired directly. The other 59 patients retained or closed the missing tooth space,and their teeth were arranged neatly afteorthodontic treatment for 6-12 months. And then combined repair was made to restore the integrity of the dentition and normaocclusion relationship. After 1 year of follow-up,the success rate of the direct repair group treatment group was 96. 61R. Conclusion： Orthodontic therapy combined with repair for anterior teeth missing malocclusion can make up for the shortage of direct repair. It is safe and effective. in clinieal application.
