玉门青西地区钻井综合提速技术研究与应用 被引量:4

摘要 常规的钻井技术在玉门油田青西地区机械钻速低,适应性差,导致该地区钻井成本居高不下。为此,本文在分析了该地区提速技术难点,提速工具结构、原理及适应性的基础上,开展了全井筒钻井综合提速技术先导试验,总结形成了该区块的钻井综合提速方案模板,即防斜打直利用液动冲击器技术,砾岩层防跳钻利用减震推力器技术,深部硬地层防黏滑利用扭力冲击器+专用PDC钻头技术,定向防托压利用水力振荡器技术。 Conventional drilling technology has low drilling penetration rate and adaptability in Qingxi area of Yumen oilfield, resulting in high drilling cost in this area. Therefore, on the basis of analyzing the technical difficulties of speed raising in the region, the structure, principle and adaptability of speed-raising tools, this paper carried out the pilot test of the comprehensive speed-raising technology for full-well drilling and concluded the template of comprehensive speed-raising program for drilling in this block.Anti-inclined straight use of hydraulic impactor technology, conglomerate rock anti-jumping drill using shock thruster technology, deep hard formation slip-resistant use of torsional impactor+PDC technology, directional anti-booster use of hydraulic oscillator technology.
