复合型防膨剂与压裂液配伍性研究

Study on compatibility of compound anti swelling agent and fracturing fluid

防膨剂作为压裂液必要添加剂用于防止黏土水化膨胀和分散运移对储集层造成伤害。但是如果防膨剂与压裂液不配伍,会导致压裂液性能改变,不能满足作业要求。因此,采用双子季铵盐与SY-1、SY-2复配防膨剂测定其性能,并研究复合型防膨剂与压裂液配伍性。结果显示:XYNW-1复合型防膨剂在常温、90℃及140℃的条件下防膨率都高于80%;加量0.5%时该防膨剂与油气井压裂液的其他添加剂配伍性良好;加0.5%防膨剂的压裂液防膨率高于80%,并且能够保持良好的耐温性能、高温抗剪切性能和破胶性能。

As a necessary additive of fracturing fluid, anti-swelling agent can prevent the hydration swelling and migration of clay. If anti-swelling agent is incompatible with fracturing fluid, which will lead to the change of fracturing fluid performance and make the fracturing fluid can not meet the operation requirements. Therefore, this paper uses Gemini quaternary ammonium salt and SY-1,SY-2 compound anti-swelling agent.Evaluating its performance,and then studying the compatibility of anti swelling agent and fracturing fluid.The results showed that at room temperature and 90 ℃ and 140 ℃ the anti-inflation rate of the composite anti-swelling agent XYNW-1 is higher than 80 %.The compound anti-swelling agent has good compatibility with other additives in the fracturing fluid of oil and gas well. The antiswelling rate of fracturing fluid added with 0.5 % compound anti-swelling agent is higher than 80 %, and the fracturing fluid can maintain good temperature resistance, shear resistance and breaking performance.
