蒙药降糖1号治疗糖尿病的临床疗效观察

Observation on Clinical Curative Effect of Mentyao Jiangtangyihao Capsule in Treatment of Diabetes

目的探讨对糖尿病患者给予蒙药希合日希精阿日乐嘎其(降糖1号)治疗的临床疗效。方法选用2016年4月—2017年4月该院收治的160例糖尿病患者作为观察对象,采用随机分组法分成参照组和研究组,每组80例。参照组采用格列本脲治疗,研究组采用蒙药希合日希精阿日乐嘎其(降糖1号)治疗,连续治疗4周,观察两组治疗效果。结果研究组总有效率明显优于参照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应明显低于对参照组(P<0.05),研究组治疗后血液流变学各指标较治疗前均有所改善(P<0.05)。结论蒙药希合日希精阿日乐嘎其能够有效缓解患者临床症状,降低患者血糖,改善血液流变学指标,减少患者痛苦,提高患者生活质量,优化治疗效果,减少不良反应,疗效安全可靠,值得选用。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of mentyao Jiangtangyihao capsule in treatment of diabetes.Methods 160 cases of diabetes patients admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the observation objects and randomly divided into two groups with 80 cases in each, the control group were treated with glyburide, while the research group were treated with mentyao Jiangtangyihao capsule, for 4 weeks in a row, and the treatment effect was observed. Results The total effective rate in the research group was obviously better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the adverse reactions in the research group was obviously lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）,and the various hemorheology indicators after treatment in the research group were improved（P 0.05）. Conclusion The mentyao Jiangtangyihao capsule can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms, reduce the blood glucose, improve the hemorheology indicators, reduce the pains of patients, improve the quality of life, optimize the treatment effect, and reduce the adverse reactions, and the curative effect is safe and reliable, and it is worth application.
