摘要
目的研究并分析两种健康教育方式对合并糖尿病手术患者的护理效果。方法选取在2014年3月—2017年3月期间来该院就诊的60例合并糖尿病手术患者进行研究,分组方法为奇偶分组法,将其分为实验组和参照组,各30例。对参照组实施常规健康教育护理,对实验组实施围术期健康教育护理,对比两组患者的临床效果。结果治疗后,实验组患者的SAS评分和SDS评分均明显优于参照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的血糖改善情况相比于参照组较好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对合并糖尿病手术患者予以围术期健康教育护理的效果明显优于实施常规健康教育护理的效果,明显改善了患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪和血糖情况,值得临床上借鉴以及进一步普及。
Objective To research and analyze the nursing effect of two health education methods for patients with diabetes surgery. Methods 60 cases of patients with diabetes surgery in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, the control group adopted eh routine health education nursing,while the experimental group adopted the health education nursing during the preoperative period, and the clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the SAS score and SDS score of patients in the experimental group were obviously better than those in the control group, and the differences were obvious(P〈0.05), and the blood glucose improvement was better than that in the control group, and the difference was obvious with statistical significance(P〈 0.05). Conclusion The effect of health education nursing during the preoperative period for patients with diabetes surgery is obviously better than that of routine health education nursing, which obviously improves the anxiety and depression and blood glucose of patients, and it is worth clinical reference and future promotion.
