探讨乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者术后促进伤口愈合的护理效果研究

Research on Nursing Effect of Promoting the Wound Healing of Patients with Breast Cancer and Diabetes after Surgery

目的对乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者术后伤口愈合护理进行探讨分析。方法 2015年3月—2016年12月该院对60例乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者开展了研究分析,将患者分成研究组和对照组,进行手术治疗。术后研究组使用综合性护理干预措施,对照组使用常规护理措施,对比两组的临床护理情况和满意度。结果两组的血糖水平对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组比研究组高,两组的护理满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组比对照组高。结论乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者术后接受综合性护理干预能够改善患者的血糖水平,对伤口愈合具有非常好的效果,提升了患者的临床治疗效果,提高了患者的生存质量,临床中应该进行推广使用。

Objective To study the nursing effect of promoting the wound healing of patients with breast cancer and diabetes after surgery. Methods 60 cases of breast cancer and diabetes patients in our hospital from March 2015 to December2016 were selected and divided into two groups, both groups were treated with surgery, and the research group adopted the comprehensive nursing intervention measures, while the control group adopted the routine nursing measures, and the clinical nursing situation and satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups. Results The blood glucose level in the control group was higher than that in the research group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the nursing satisfactory degree in the research group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with breast cancer and diabetes after surgery can improve the blood glucose level, and it has a very good effect on the wound healing, which improves the clinical treatment effect and improves the survival quality of patients, and it is worth promotion and application in clinic.
