糖尿病合并高血压患者的社区护理干预

Community Nursing Intervention in Patients with Diabetes Combined with Hypertension

目的观察并分析对糖尿病合并高血压患者实施社区护理干预的临床效果。方法在社区中选取2016年3月—2017年6月期间60例糖尿病合并高血压患者探究对象,将其进行随机分组,分别是观察组与对照组,予以对照组常规的药物治疗,不予以护理措施,而观察组患者实施全面的护理干预措施,观察并对比两组患者护理效果。结果经过护理后,观察组患者的血糖、血压水平均得到明显控制,观察组的控制优良率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全面护理干预措施能有效改善社区糖尿病合并高血压患者的病情,使血糖、血压水平得到有效控制,并使并发症的发生率得到明显降低,从而提高患者的生活水平。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of community nursing intervention in patients with diabetes combined with hypertension. Methods 60 cases of patients with diabetes and hypertension in our hospital from March 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups, the control group adopted the routine drug treatment and were not given the nursing measures, while the observation group adopted the comprehensive nursing intervention measures, and the nursing effect was observed and compared. Results After nursing, the blood glucose and blood pressure levels in the observation group were obviously controlled, and the control excellent and good rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（93.33% vs 60.00%）, and the difference was obvious with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the disease condition of patients with community diabetes and hypertension, effectively control the blood glucose and blood pressure levels and obviously reduce the incidence rate of complications, thus improving the living standards of patients.
