80例老年高血压病合并糖尿病患者的社区护理

Community Nursing of 80 Cases of Senile Hypertension and Diabetes Patients

目的对80例老年高血压病合并糖尿病患者的社区护理效果进行分析和讨论。方法随机选取该社区2016年5月—2017年4月高血压合并糖尿病患者80例为研究对象,对其实施社区护理,观察其护理效果。结果护理后,患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖明显低于护理前;比较护理前后高血压状况,护理后患者的高血压状况明显优于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将社区护理应用于高血压合并糖尿病患者的护理中,不仅能够改善患者的血糖、血压状况,同时也能够提升日常生活质量,在临床中,具有良好的发展前景。

Objective To analyze and discuss the community nursing of 80 cases of senile hypertension and diabetes patients. Methods 80 cases of patients with hypertension and diabetes in community from May 2016 to April 2017 were randomly selected as the research objects and adopted the community nursing and the nursing effect was observed. Results After nursing, the fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 h blood glucose of patients were obviously lower than those before nursing, and the hypertension status before and nursing was compared, after nursing, the hypertension status of patients was obviously better than that before nursing, and the difference was obvious, with statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion The application of community nursing in the patients with hypertension and diabetes can not only improve the blood glucose, and blood pressure of patients, and it also can improve the dialy quality of life, and it has a good development prospect in clinic.
