木丹颗粒联合甲钴铵注射液对糖尿病周围神经病变治疗的观察

Observation on Mudan Granule Combined with Vancomin Injection in Treatment of Diabetic Neuropathy

目的对木丹颗粒联合甲钴铵注射液对糖尿病周围神经病变治疗效果进行分析和研究。方法选择该院在2016年1月—2017年7月期间所收治的共120例糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为主要研究对象。将患者按照随机方式分为对照组和观察组,每组有患者60例。当中对照组患者使用甲钴胺进行治疗,观察组患者则在对照组基础上联合使用木丹颗粒进行治疗。两组患者治疗时间均为4周。对患者治疗后的临床效果进行比较分析。结果治疗后观察组的血脂、全血粘度与对照组相比较效果更加显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,观察组的症状评分上明显的低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗有效率上观察组也要明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论木丹颗粒联合甲钴铵注射液对糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗有着十分显著的效果,因此值得在临床上进行推广应用。

Objective To analyze and research the effect of mudan granule combined with vancomin injection in treatment of Diabetic neuropathy. Methods 120 cases of patients with diabetic neuropathy admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to July 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each, the control group were treated with vancomin, while the observation group were treated with mudan granule and vancomin for four weeks, and the clinical treatment effect was compared and analyzed. Results After treatment, the blood liquid and whole blood viscosity in the observation group were more obvious than those in the control group, and the differences between groups were obvious, with statistical significance(P<0.05), at the same time, the symptoms score in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group, and the difference was obvious with statistical significance,(P<0.05), and the treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of mudan granule combined with vancomin injection in treatment of diabetic neuropathy is very obvious, therefore, it is worth clinical promotion and application.
