老年糖尿病肾病血液透析患者护理中优质化服务的应用分析

Analysis of Application of Excellent Service in Nursing in Senile Patients with Hemodialysis of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探讨老年糖尿病肾病血液透析患者应用优质化护理的效果。方法选取2016年1月—2017年1月40例行血液透析的老年糖尿病肾病患者,电脑分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。对照组给予常规护理服务,观察组给予优质化护理服务。比较两组患者的焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪、基础护理合格率以及患者对护理满意度。结果观察组患者的情绪状况、基础护理合格率、护理满意度均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年糖尿病肾病行血液透析的患者给予优质化护理服务,能够有效地缓解患者的情绪,提升护理合格率以及患者对护理满意度,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of excellent service in nursing in senile patients with Hemodialysis of diabetic nephropathy. Methods 40 cases of senile patients with hemodialysis of diabet ic nephropathy were selected and divided into two groups with 20 cases ineach , the control group adopted the routine nursing service, while the observation group adopted the excellent nursing services, and the anxiety emotion, depression emotion, basic nursing qualified rate and nursing sat isfactory degree were compared between the two groups. Results The emotion s ta te, basic nursing qualified ra te, and nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group were obviouslybe tte r than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically s ignificant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The excellent nursing services for senile patients with hemodialysis of diabetic nephropathy can effectively relieve the emotions of patients, and improve the nursing qualified rate and nursing satisfactory degree of patients, and it is worth promotion and ap plication.
