摘要
目的探讨医学高等教育临床医院感染学课程设置的必要性,以及案例式教学的效果。方法选取2015年7月—2016年7月某附属医院见习的医学生198名,根据是否选修临床医院感染学分为选修组(107名,采用案例式教学法进行授课)、非选修组(91名),采用问卷的形式调查两组医学生医院感染相关知识和态度情况。结果选修组学生医院感染知识得分为(85.3±1.6)分,高于未选修组的(58.3±1.8)分,差异有统计学意义(t=111.72,P<0.01)。开展案例式教学法前选修组学生主动学习占21.49%,开展案例式教学法后主动学习占47.66%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=16.195,P<0.01)。结论医学生有必要开展系统的医院感染课程学习,以案例式教学法为基础的授课形式,可以提高学生学习积极性。
ObjectiveTo explore the necessity of setting up the course on clinical healthcareassociated infection(HAI) and effectiveness of the casebased teaching method in medical higher education. Methods198 students who underwent internship in a hospital between July 2015 and July 2016 were selected, according to whether they selected clinical HAI coures, they were divided into course selective group(n=107, adopted casebased teaching method ) and unselective group(n=91), questionnaire survey on the knowledge and attitude of HAI was carried out. ResultsThe average score on HAI in selective group was higher than that of unselective group([85.3±1.6] vs [58.3±1.8], t=111.72, P〈0.01). Before and after conducted casebased teaching method, 21.49% and 47.66% of students actively studied respectively, difference was significant (χ2=16.195, P〈0.01). ConclusionIt is necessary to carry out a systematic course on HAI, casebased teaching method can improve the learning enthusiasm of students.
