基于打击拐卖越南妇女犯罪的国际警务合作机制探究

Research on International Police Cooperation Mechanism to Crack down Trafficking Vietnamese Women

通过分析研究拐卖越南妇女犯罪的现状及原因,结合历年中国打击此类案件的经验总结,梳理案件办理中遇到的困难,并以中国东兴市和越南芒街市警务合作新成果为借鉴,提出构建边境沿线城市对接的国际警务合作模式。

This paper analyzes the current situation and causes of trafficking Vietnamese women. Based on previous experiences of China's crackdown on such cases,the difficulties in dealing with the cases are discussed. With reference to the achievement of cooperation between Dongxing City's police in China and Mangjie City's police in Vietnam,an international police cooperation mechanism is proposed,so as to achieve the integration between cities along the border.
