ICU重症胰腺炎患者采用肠内营养治疗的临床价值

Clinical Value of Enteral Nutrition Treatment of ICU Severe Pancreatitis Patients

目的探讨关于肠内营养治疗方法应用于ICU重症胰腺炎患者的临床价值。方法回顾性分析2015年1月—2017年6月期间纳入该院ICU治疗的100例重症胰腺炎患者,查找病案室病例并记录统计相关数据。按照入院后治疗情况分为两组,每组50例,第一组进行的是肠内营养支持治疗,第二组进行的是一般常规治疗。分别观察并记录两组的临床效果,对比两组患者治疗前后血红蛋白水平、白蛋白水平以及各项临床指标的改善情况。结果入院到出院,第一组患者血红蛋白以及白蛋白从(124.1±15.37)、(30.59±5.46)g/L到(92.54±20.34)、(37.98±3.56)g/L,第二组患者血红蛋白和白蛋白则从(125.68±15.31)、(30.47±5.76)g/L到(122.67±25.16)、(30.47±5.76)g/L。平均营养改善水明显优于第二组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且采取肠内营养治疗的患者,肠功能恢复时间为(11.06±5.13)d以及患者住院时间(16.51±4.13)d,相对于第二组肠功能恢复时间(18.51±6.15)d和住院时间(23.34±6.46)d均有所缩短(P<0.05)。结论采取肠内营养支持疗法治疗ICU重症胰腺炎患者,可以加快患者肠道功能的恢复,促进患者恢复健康的速度,从而降低患者的住院时间,有利于患者预后康复,具有较高的临床价值,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To study the clinical value of enteral nutrition treatment of ICU severe pancreatitis patients. Methods100 cases of severe pancreatitis patients treated in ICU in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2017 were selected and the related data were counted and the patients were divided into two groups with 50 cases in each according to the treatment situation after admission, respectively treated with enteral nutrition and general routine method, and the clinical effect of the two groups was respectively observed and the hemoglobin level, albumin level and improvement of various clinical indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The hemoglobin level and albumin level in the first group and in the second group from admission to discharge were respectively(124.1±15.37),(30.59±5.46),(92.54±20.34),(37.98 ±3.56),(125.68 ±15.31),(30.47±5.76),(122.67±25.16),(30.47±5.76)g/L, and the improvement level of average nutrition level was obviously better than that in the second group(P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant, and the intestinal function recovery time and length of stay in the first group were shortened compared with those in the second group,[(11.06±5.13),(16.51±4.13)d vs(18.51±6.15),(23.34±6.46)d](P<0.05). Conclusion The enteral nutrition therapy in treatment of severe pancreatitis patients can accelerate the recovery of intestinal function and promote the recovery rate thus reducing the length of stay, promoting the prognosis recovery with higher clinical value, and it is worth clinical reference.
