四联疗法治疗幽门螺旋杆菌感染的消化性溃疡的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Quadruple Chemotherapy in Treatment of Helicobacter Pylori Infectious Peptic Ulcer

目的探讨阿莫西林及克拉霉素合并治疗幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)感染的消化性溃疡的疗效。方法方便选择2015年5月—2017年2月期间该院收治的72例幽门螺旋杆菌感染的消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(35例)和观察组(37例)。对照组采用埃索美拉唑镁肠溶片+阿莫西林+左氧氟沙星三联疗法治疗,观察组采用埃索美拉唑镁肠溶片+阿莫西林+左氧氟沙星+枸橼酸铋钾四联疗法治疗,比较消化性溃疡治疗效果和HP根除情况,并统计两组患者不良反应发生率。结果观察组消化性溃疡治疗总有效率(94.59%)显著高于对照组(77.14%)(P<0.05)。观察组HP根除率(77.14%)显著高于对照组(54.29%)(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(24.32%)略高于对照组(17.14%),但是组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论幽门螺旋杆菌感染的消化性溃疡采用埃索美拉唑镁肠溶片+克拉霉素+左氧氟沙星+枸橼酸铋钾四联疗法治疗临床疗效可靠,HP根除效果良好,且安全性可靠,值得推广借鉴。

Objective To study the curative effect of quadruple chemotherapy in treatment of Helicobacter pylori infectious peptic ulcer. Methods 72 cases of patients with helicobacter pylori infectious peptic ulcer admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2015 to February 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group with 35 cases were treated with esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets and amoxicillin and levofloxacin, while the observation group with 37 cases were treated with esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets and amoxicillin and levofloxacin and colloidal bismuth subcitrate, and the treatment effect and HP eradication were compared between the two groups, and the incidence rate of adverse reactions of the two groups were counted. Results The total treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(94.59% vs 77.14%),(P<0.05), and the HP eradiation rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(77.14% vs 54.29%),(P<0.05),and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was slightly higher than that in the control group(24.32% vs 17.14%), and the difference was not obvious(P >0.05). Conclusion The clinical curative effect of esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets and amoxicillin and levofloxacin and colloidal bismuth subcitrate in treatmeer pylori infectious peptic ulcer is reliable, and the HP eradiation effect is good with good safetynt of helicobact, and it is worth promotion and reference.
