可达龙治疗心律失常的临床有效性探讨

Study on Clinical Effectiveness of Amiodaronum in Treatment of Arrhythmia

目的探究心律失常应用可达龙治疗的临床疗效及安全性。方法方便选择该院2011年12月—2016年12月收治的120例心律失常患者,根据用药方案不同进行分组,比较两组患者临床症状改善情况、治疗效果及不良反应表现。结果观察组患者治疗后心率(101.28±10.57)次/min,SBP(101.26±16.38)mm Hg,DBP(70.54±5.65)mm Hg,观察组患者心率和血压均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组治疗总有效率为78.33%,观察组为93.33%,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.0.5);对照组不良反应发生率为8.33%,观察组为6.67%,两组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论可达龙治疗心律失常疗效显著,调节心率和血压起效迅速,用药后不良反应少、安全性高。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect and safety of amiodaronum in treatment of arrhythmia. Methods120 cases of arrhythmia patients admitted and treated in our hospital from December 2011 to December 2016 were convenient selected and divided into two groups according to mediation plans, and the improvement of clinical symptoms, treatment effect and adverse reaction manifestations were compared between the two groups. Results The heart rate, SBP and DBP in the observation group after treatment were respectively(101.28±10.57)time/min,(101.26±16.38)mm Hg and(70.54±5.65)mm Hg,and the heart rate and blood pressure in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the total treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group,(78.33% vs93.33%)(P<0.05), and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the control group and in the observation group was respectively 8.33% vs 6.67%, and the difference was not obvious(P>0.05). Conclusion The effect of amiodaronum in treatment of arrhythmia is obvious, which can adjust the heart rate and blood pressure with rapid onset,side effect and high safety.
