蓝芩口服液在咽喉炎临床治疗中的效果分析

Analysis of Effect of Lanqin Oral Liquid in Clinical Treatment of Sphagitis

目的分析蓝芩口服液在咽喉炎临床治疗中的效果。方法方便选取该院收治的86例咽喉炎患者为研究对象,收治时间为2016年1月—2017年1月,随机分为对照组与试验组各43例,对照组患者采取常规治疗,试验组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予蓝芩口服液治疗,比较分析试验组与对照组的治疗效果和临床症状缓解所用时间。结果试验组患者的治疗总有效率为95.35%,对照组患者为79.07%,试验组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组患者。试验组患者咽部粘膜干燥、咽部异物感等临床症状缓解所用时间分别为(3.2±1.1)和(4.1±1.3)d,明显低于对照组患者的(7.1±1.5)和(8.7±1.2)d。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用蓝芩口服液治疗咽喉炎效果显著,能够有效改善患者咽部异物感和咽部干痒等临床症状,值得在临床上大力推广与应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of lanqin oral liquid in clinical treatment of sphagitis. Methods 86 cases of sphagitis patients in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 43 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine treatment, while the test group adopted the lanqin oral liquid on the basis of the routine treatment, and the treatment effect and clinical symptoms relief time were compared between the two groups. Results The total treatment effective rate in the test group was obviously higher than that in the control group,(95.35% vs 79.07%), and the relief time of clinical symptoms in the test group was obviously lower than that in the control group [(3.2 ±1.1),(4.1 ±1.3)d vs(7.1 ±1.5),(8.7 ±1.2)d)],and the differences between groups were statistical ly significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The application effect of lanqin oral liquid in clinical treatment of sphagitis is obvious,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of pharynx foreign body sensation and pharyngeal dry itchy, and it is worth great promotion and application in clinic.
