针刺干预治疗联合尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死后吞咽功能障碍的疗效评价

Evaluation on Curative Effect of Acupuncture Intervention Combined with Urinary Kallidinogenase in Treatment of Dysphagia after the Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨针刺干预联合尤瑞克林作用在急性脑梗死后吞咽功能障碍治疗中的效果。方法方便选取2015年1月—2017年1月间在该院接受诊治的80例急性脑梗死致吞咽功能障碍的患者进行研究;随机将80例患者分为观察组和对照组,每组40例;两组患者均给予急性脑梗死后的常规治疗及康复训练;观察组患者则在上述治疗基础上联合应用针刺干预、尤瑞克林,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者接受治疗前,SSA(吞咽功能)评分、SF-36(生活质量)评分均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组上述两项评分分别为(17.7±3.0)分、(81.6±4.1)分,两项评分均优于对照组的(22.8±3.6)分、(68.2±6.0)分,两数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外,观察组对治疗结果的满意度达到了90.00%,同样高于对照组的67.50%(P<0.05)。结论在急性脑梗死后吞咽功能障碍的治疗中国,将针刺干预与优瑞他林联合,可进一步改善患者的吞咽功能,提升其生活质量,方法效果显著,值得在临床实践中给予借鉴和推广。

Objective To observe the curative effect of acupuncture intervention combined with urinary kallidinogenase in treatment of dysphagia after the acute cerebral infarction. Methods 80 cases of patients with dysphagia after the acute cerebral infarction diagnosed in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, both groups adopted the routine therapy and rehabilitation training, and the observation group adopted the acupuncture intervention and urinary kallidinogenase on this basis, and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The differences in the SSA score and SF-36 score between the two groups before treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05), after treatment, the above scores were better than those in the control group, [(17.7±3.0)points,(81.6±4.1)points vs(22.8±3.6)points,(68.2±6.0)points], and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05), besides, the satisfactory degree to the treatment results in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(90.00% vs 67.50%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The acupuncture intervention combined with urinary kallidinogenase in treatment of dysphagia after the acute cerebral infarction can further improve the swallowing function and improve the quality of life, and the effect is obvious, and it is worth reference and promotion in clinical practice.
