护理干预对老年骨质疏松症患者骨密度影响分析

Analysis of Effect of Nursing Intervention on Bone Density of Senile Patients with Osteoporosis

目的探析老年骨质疏松症患者应用护理干预对骨密度的影响。方法方便选择该院2015年3月—2017年3月期间收治的84例老年骨质疏松症患者予以分组研究,按照随机数字表法分为两组,即对照组、观察组,各42例。对照组患者予以常规护理,观察组患者予以护理干预,对两组患者的骨密度、生活质量及护理效果进行统计对比。结果观察组患者护理后骨密度为(0.78±0.25)g/cm3,大于对照组患者的(0.65±0.21)g/cm3,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者躯体功能(84.65±3.72)分,心理功能(80.26±3.51)分,环境功能(81.72±3.58)分,社会功能(81.21±3.44)分,均高于对照组患者的(76.50±3.83)分,(72.54±3.55)分,(71.85±3.72)分,(75.45±3.68)分,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组患者的76.19%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年骨质疏松症患者应用护理干预的效果更好,可明显提高患者骨密度与生活质量,值得全面借鉴与推广。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on bone density of senile patients with osteoporosis.Methods 84 cases of senile patients with osteoporosis admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases in each, the control group and the observation group were respectively routine nursing and nursing intervention, and the bone density, quality of life and nursing effect of the two groups were compared. Results The bone density in the observation group was bigger than that in the control group after nursing, [(0.78±0.25)g/cm3 vs(0.65±0.21)g/cm3], and the difference was obvious(P<0.05), and the somatic function,mental function, environmental function and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,[(84.65±3.72)points,(80.26±3.51)points,(81.72±3.58)points,(81.21±3.44)points vs(76.50±3.83)points,(72.54±3.55)points,(71.85±3.72)points,(75.45±3.68)points], and the differences were obvious(P<0.05), and the total nursing effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(95.24% vs 76.19%), and the difference was obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of nursing intervention in senile patients with osteoporosis is better, which can obviously improve the bone density and quality of life of patients, and it is worth comprehensive reference and promotion.
