综合护理干预对急性胰腺炎患者效果观察及对患者生活质量的影响分析

Observation on Comprehensive Nursing Intervention of Patients with Acute Pancreatitis and Analysis of Effect on Quality of Life of Patients

目的分析针对急性胰腺炎患者采用综合护理干预服务的临床价值,且观察其对患者生活质量造成的影响。方法方便选择2014年12月—2016年12月间该院消化内科病房接收的患重症急性胰腺炎的80例患者,随机分成2组:参考组共40例,给予常规内科护理服务;护理组共40例,给予综合护理干预服务。详细记录2组的胃痛消失时间、腹胀消失时间、住院天数,且评估患者的生活质量情况。结果护理组的腹痛消失时间(3.49±0.77)d、腹胀消失时间(4.28±1.11)d、住院天数(10.97±2.07)d与参考组相比均显著更短(P<0.05);护理组护理后的情感职能(57.71±6.24)分、精神健康(64.41±6.33)分、生理功能(66.42±6.21)分、生理职能(58.51±6.06)分、躯体疼痛(70.19±6.91)分、社会功能(66.61±5.42)分、生命活力(62.71±6.26)分、总体健康(59.51±5.91)分等评分与护理前、参考组护理后相比均显著更高(P<0.05)。结论针对急性胰腺炎患者采用综合护理干预服务可有效促进患者症状的缓解,改善生活质量,值得借鉴。

Objective To analyze the comprehensive nursing intervention of patients with acute pancreatitis and effect on quality of life of patients. Methods 80 cases of patients with acute pancreatitis admitted and treated in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each,the reference group adopted the routine nursing service in the department of medicine, while the nursing group adopted the comprehensive nursing intervention services, and the abdominal pains disappearance time, abdominal distension disappearance time, length of stay were recorded in detail and the quality of life of patients was evaluated. Results The stomachache disappearance time, abdominal distension disappearance time, length of stay in the nursing group were respectively(3.49±0.77)d,(4.28±1.11)d and(10.97±2.07)d, which were obviously shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the emotion function, physical health, physical function, physiological role, somatic pains, social function, vigour of life and total health scores were respectively(57.71±6.24)points,(64.41±6.33)points,(66.42±6.21)points,(58.51±6.06)points,(70.19±6.91)points,(66.61±5.42)points,(62.71±6.26)points,(59.51±5.91)points, which increased compared with those before nursing and those in the reference group after nursing(P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention services for patients with acute pancreatitis can effectively promote the relief of symptoms and improve the quality of life, and it is worth reference.
