多次法根管治疗与一次性根管治疗牙体牙髓病的疗效分析

The Analysis on Curative Effect of Multiple Root Canal Therapy and Disposable Root Canal on Tooth Pulp Disease

目的分析多次法根管治疗与一次性根管治疗牙体牙髓病的疗效,为临床用药提供理论依据。方法方便选取该院2015年9月—2017年3月期间收治的164例牙体牙髓病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者给予多次法根管治疗,观察组患者给予一次性根管治疗,分析两组患者的临床疗效、并发症和治疗时间。结果观察组患者的临床有效率为93.91%,对照组患者的临床有效率为73.17%,两组结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的并发率也差异有统计学意义,分别为4.49%和15.73%。结论采用一次性根管治疗牙体牙髓病,不仅可以提高临床疗效,减轻患者痛苦,利于患者健康的恢复,值得在临床上应用推广。

Objective This paper tries to analyze the curative effect of multiple root canal therapy and disposable root canal on dental pulp disease and to provide theoretical basis for clinical medication. Methods 164 cases of tooth pulp disease treated in this hospital during the period of September 2015 to March 2017 were convenient selected as the research objects and were divided into the control group and the observation group randomly. The control group was given multiple method of root canal therapy, and the observation group was given disposable root canal treatment. The clinical curative effect, complications, and treatment time of two groups of patients were analyzed. Results The clinical efficiency of the patients in the observation group was 93.91%, and the clinical efficiency of the control group was 73.17%. The difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）. The concurrent rates of the two groups were also significantly different of 4.49% and 15.73%respectively. Conclusion The disposable root canal for dental pulp disease can not only improve the clinical effect, alleviate the suffering of patients, but also benefit the health recovery of patients, so it is worth clinical application.
