探讨高龄慢性肾功能衰竭患者的血液透析效果

摘要 目的探讨在开展高龄慢性肾功能衰竭治疗工作过程中,观察采用血液透析方法施治后获得的临床效果。方法方便选择该院2013年1月—2016年12月收治的高龄慢性肾功能衰竭患者56例作为此次实验观察对象;对于所有高龄慢性肾功能衰竭患者均选择血液透析方法完成治疗工作。结果在对患者施以透析治疗期间,表现出心力衰竭的患者29例;对于糖尿病肾病患者,表现出心力衰竭的患者13例;对于高血压肾小球动脉硬化症患者,表现出心力衰竭的患者16例;患者出现了低蛋白血症以及营养不良患者27例。对于所有并发症通过施以针对性处理后,最终系列并发症获得显著缓解。结论对于高龄慢性肾功能衰竭患者开展血液透析治疗工作,对于病情的改善以及感染发生率的降低可以做出充分保证,从而使得高龄慢性肾功能衰竭患者的生存质量得以显著提高。 Objective This paper tries to explore the effect of hemodialysis in the treatment of chronic renal failure in the course of treatment for elderly patients with chronic renal failure. Methods 56 cases of elderly patients with chronic renal failure treated in this hospital from January 2013 to December 2016 were convenient selected as the research objects; for all chronic renal failure elderly patients, the hemodialysis treatment method was applied. Results During the treatment of patients with dialysis, 29 cases of heart failure; for the patients with diabetic nephropathy, 13 cases of heart failure; for glomerular sclerosis of arterial hypertension patients, 16 cases of heart failure; patients with hypoproteinemia and malnutrition of 27 cases. For all complications, the final series of complications achieved significant remission after targeted treatment. Conclusion The hemodialysis treatment of elderly patients with chronic renal failure can improve the condition and reduce the incidence of infection, so that the quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure can be significantly improved.
