糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of the Momiasone Nasal Spray on Allergic Rhinitis

目的探究糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果。方法方便选取2015年12月—2017年2月该院门诊收治的121例变应性鼻炎患者作为研究对象,将患者随机分为观察组(61)和对照组(60例)。观察组患者使用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂进行治疗,对照组患者使用羟甲唑啉鼻喷雾剂进行为期4周的治疗。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果、药物的起效时间、持效时间及用药期间不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为96.72%明显高于对照组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的起效时间相较于对照组起效时间较长(P<0.05),但持效时间明显长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗过程中不良反应发生率为3.28%,明显低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎,有效率高且不良反应发生率低,具有临床推广及使用价值。

Objective This paper tries to explore the clinical effect of the treatment of allergic rhinitis by momiasone nasal spray. Methods 121 patients with allergic rhinitis from December 2015 to February 2017 were convenient selected as the research objects, and the patients were randomly divided into the observation group（n=61） and the control group（n=60）. The patients in the observation group were treated with myramethasone nasal spray and the control group was treated with hydroxymethylazoline nasal spray for four weeks. The clinical efficacy, the effective time of the drug, the duration of efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 96.72%, which was significantly higher than 85.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The effective time of observation group was longer than that in the control group（P〈0.05）,but the time of duration was significantly longer than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions was 3.28% in the observation group, significantly lower than 20.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The momiasone nasal spray is effective in the treatment of allergic rhinitis, which can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, therefore it is worth promotion and application in the clinical practice.
