神经节苷脂治疗大面积脑梗死的临床效果研究

摘要 目的探究大面积脑梗死应用神经节苷脂治疗的临床效果。方法方便选择该院2013年1月—2016年12月收治的49例大面积脑梗死患者,根据治疗用药方法不同进行分组,分别采用扩张血管常规治疗和神经节苷脂治疗,比较两组患者临床症状改善情况、治疗效果及并发症情况。结果两组患者经治疗后临床症状均得到一定改善,观察组治疗后脑卒中NHISS评分(4.16±1.03)分、残障OHS评分(1.00±0.06)分、活动能力ADL评分(56.95±3.48)分,改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组患者治疗总有效率为79.17%,观察组为96.00%,观察组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论神经节苷脂治疗可有效修复大面积脑梗死导致受损神经组织,有效刺激患者在脑缺血状态下的神经兴奋,抑制脑部组织过氧化反应,清除自由基,改善患者临床症状显著且安全性高,是大面积脑梗死的理想保守治疗方案。 Objective This paper tries to explore the clinical effect of ganglioside therapy in large area cerebral infarction.Methods 49 patients with massive cerebral infarction admitted in this hospital from January 2013 to December 2016 convenient were divided into two groups according to the different methods of treatment. The patients were treated with dilated vascular routine therapy and ganglioside respectively. Symptom improvement, treatment and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical symptoms of the two groups were improved after treatment, the NHISS score was(4.16±1.03)points, the OHS score was(1.00±0.06)points and the ADL score was(56.95±3.48)points in the observation group, significant better than the control group(P〈0.05). The total effective rate was 79.17% in the control group and 96.00% in the observation group. The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion Ganglioside therapy can effectively repair large area cerebral infarction leading to impaired nerve tissue, effectively stimulate the patient's cerebral ischemia in the state of nerve excitement, inhibition of brain tissue peroxidation, free radical scavenging, improve the clinical symptoms of patients significantly with high safety, which is an ideal conservative treatment method for large area of cerebral infarction.
