延续护理对难治性癫痫患者遵医行为和生活质量的影响

Effects of Continuous Nursing on Compliance Behavior and Quality of Life in Patients with Refractory Epilepsy

目的分析延续护理对难治性癫痫患者遵医行为和生活质量的影响。方法方便选择2014年1月—2016年12月来该院治疗难治性癫痫患者70例作为研究对象,按照临床随机步骤,分为观察组、对照组,对照组采取传统干预方式,观察组在其基础上采取延续护理,比对两组患者遵医行为以及生活质量。结果经过延续护理后,观察组患者出院2个月后遵医嘱率达94.29%,显著高于对照组,且生活质量得到明显改善,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将延续护理应用在难治性癫痫患者护理过程中,不仅能提升患者整体遵医率,还能改善患者生活质量。

Objective This paper tries to analyze the effect and the quality of life of continuous nursing on the treatment of patients with refractory epilepsy. Methods 70 cases of intractable epilepsy patients from January 2014 to December 2016 in this hospital were conveniently selected as the research objects, according to the clinical random steps, these patients were divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group adopted the traditional means of intervention,the observation group adopted continuous nursing on the basis of the control group, and then the compliance behavior and life quality of patients were compare between the two groups. Results After continuous care, the patient＇s compliance behavior rate was 94.29% after two months of discharge, significantly higher than that of the control group, and the quality of life was significantly improved. The data of the two groups were statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The application of continuous nursing for refractory epilepsy patients can not only improve the overall compliance rate of patients, but also improve the quality of life of patients.
