摘要
目的分析半夏泻心汤治疗脾胃病的临床体会。方法方便选择该院自2014年1月—2016年12月收治的100例脾胃病患者,将其随机分为2组,对照组和观察组,每组55例。对照组患者给予常规西药治疗,观察组给予半夏泻心汤治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组患者有效率为96.00%明显高于对照组为78.00%,相对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组CRP、WBC数值分别为(4.19±0.65)mg/L,(7.38±2.96)×109均明显低于对照组(5.76±0.94)mg/L、(10.82±1.27)×109,相对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者有1例出现腹泻,4例呕吐,3例头晕;观察出现呕吐者2例,观察组不良反应发生率为4.00%明显低于对照组16.00%,相对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予脾胃病患者半夏泻心汤治疗,可对患者各个脏腑运化失调现象进行纠正,将其全身炎症状态进行优化,进而提高疾病治疗率。
Objective This paper tries to analyze Banxia Xiexin decoction in treating spleen and stomach diseases. Methods 100 patients with spleen and stomach treated in this hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the observation group, with 55 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with Banxia Xiexin decoction. The treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate was96.00% in the observation group, higher than the control group of 78.00%, with significant difference(P〈0.05). After treatment, the values of CRP and WBC in the observation group were(4.19±0.65) mg/L and(7.38±2.96)×109 respectively, significantly lower than those in the control group of(5.76±0.94) mg/L,(10.82±1.27) ×109 with significant difference(P〈0.05).There was 1 case of diarrhea in the control group, 4 cases of vomiting, 3 cases of dizziness; 2 cases of vomiting in the observation group, the incidence of adverse reactions was 4.00%, significantly lower than the control group of 16.00%, with significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion Banxia Xiexin decoction in the treatment of patients with spleen and stomach can correct and optimize the phenomenon of systemic inflammatory status of all the organs of the transport disorders, and thus improving the disease treatment rate.
