中药处方点评在中药调剂中的应用

Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription Review in Chinese Medicine Dispensing

目的观察中药处方点评在中药调剂中的应用效果。方法于该院2014年1月—2017年1月开展"中药处方点评"活动期间用药的患者中,随机选取41例作为观察组,同时选取该院2012年1月—2014年1月未开展该活动期间用药的患者41例作为对照组。对照组采用常规方法给药,观察组将中药处方点评应用到中药调剂中。观察两组用药风险的发生情况,观察两组患者治疗效果及不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组用药风险发生率2.44%、治疗有效率97.56%、不良反应发生几率2.44%;对照组用药风险发生率12.20%、治疗有效率87.80%、不良反应发生几率17.07%。两组数据相比,优势显著(P<0.05)。结论将中药处方点评应用到中药调剂中,可有效降低用药风险的发生几率,使用药的合理性及安全性得到提升。

Objective This paper tries to observe the application effect of Chinese medicine prescription in traditional Chinese medicine dispensing. Methods Among the patients treated in this hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 of the activity of ＂Chinese medicine prescription＂, 41 cases were randomly selected as the observation group, besides 41 patients in this hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 without this activity were selected as the control group. The control group used conventional method, the observation group adopted prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine into traditional Chinese medicine. The drug risk and adverse reactions, the treatment effect of the two groups were observed of the two groups. Results The risk rate in the observation group was 2.44%, the effective rate was 97.56%, the adverse reaction rate was 2.44%; the control group of risk incidence was 12.20%, the effective rate was 87.80%. The incidence of adverse reactions was 17.07%, with significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine prescription applied to traditional Chinese medicine can effectively reduce the probability of occurrence of the risk of drug,and the reasonableness and safety of drug can be improved.
