摘要 目的分析MRI不同成像序列在肛周脓肿的诊断和分型中的应用。方法方便选择该院自2014年8月—2017年6月收治的86例诊断为肛周脓肿患者,将其随机分为2组,对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组患者给予超声检查,观察组给予MRI检查,对两组患者肛周脓肿检测的手术符合情况以及I期根治率进行比较。结果观察组患者诊断内口准确率为占96.00%,括约肌间脓肿、坐骨肛管间隙脓肿、肛提肌上方脓肿准确率均为100.00%,对照组有8例为括约肌间脓肿,占88.89%(8/9);28例(100.00%)为坐骨肛管间隙脓肿;3例肛提肌上方脓肿,占50.00%(3/6);17例定位为内口,占70.83%(17/24);观察组患者肛周脓肿分型正确率与对照组比较,前者明显高于后者,P<0.05。结论要有效的将肛周脓肿分型正确率提高采用MRI不同成像序列是较好的选择。 Objective This paper tries to analyze the application of different imaging sequences of MRI in the diagnosis and classification of perianal abscess. Methods 86 patients with perianal abscess treated in this hospital from August 2014 to June 2017 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group, with 43 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given ultrasound examination, the observation group was given MRI examination, the operative coincidence of the perianal abscess test and the rate of radical A were compared between the two groups. Results The accuracy rate of the patients in the observation group was 96.00%, the abscess of the sphincter, the periosteal abscess, the abscess rate of the levator ani muscle was 100.00%; In the control group, 8 cases were sphincter abscess, accounting for 88.89%(8/9); 28 cases(100.00%) for the ischial anal canal abscess; 3 cases of levator ani muscle abscess, accounting for 50.00%(3/6);17 cases were located within the mouth, accounting for 70.83%(17/24); The correct rate of perianal abscess was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion MRI different imaging sequence is a better choice to effectively improve the correct rate of perianal abscess classification.
