盐酸纳布啡注射液用在宫腔镜检查麻醉中的安全性分析

Safety Analysis of Nalbuphine Hydrochloride Injection in Hysteroscopy Anesthesia

目的分析盐酸纳布啡注射液在宫腔镜检查麻醉中的应用安全性。方法方便选取2016年2月—2017年6月在该院进行宫腔镜检查的患者120例,将其按照数字随机表法分为研究组与对照组,每组60例。研究组患者采用盐酸纳布啡联合丙泊酚麻醉,对照组患者使用芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉,对比两组患者在麻醉期间的血流动力学、苏醒时间、拔管时间以及麻醉药物的不良反应。结果研究组患者的苏醒时间(3.2±1.0)min,拔管时间(3.7±1.2)min,均明显低于对照组的(5.6±1.0)、(6.9±1.1)min(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为3.33%,对照组为5.00%,对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸纳布啡在宫腔镜检查麻醉中的应用效果明确,使用后患者血流动力学稳定,安全性高。

Objective This paper tries to analyze the safety of naproxen hydrochloride injection in hysteroscopy anesthesia.Methods 120 patients with hysteroscopy from February 2016 to June 2017 were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number method, with 60 cases in each group. The patients in the study group were treated with nalbine hydrochloride combined with propofol and the control group received fentanyl combined with propofol anesthesia to compare the hemodynamics, wake time, extubation time and anesthesia, adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The recovery time was（3.2±1.0）min and the extubation time was（3.7±1.2）min in the study group, significantly lower than those in the control group of（5.6±1.0）,（6.9±1.1）min（P〉0.05）; the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 3.33%, the control group was 5.00%, with no significant difference（P0.05）. Conclusion The application of nalbine hydrochloride in hysteroscopy anesthesia is clear, and the hemodynamics is stable and safe.
