纳米银敷料与磺胺嘧啶银软膏治疗烧伤创面的疗效分析

Observation of the Efficacy of Nano Silver Dressing and Sulfadiazine Silver Ointment in The Treatment of Burn Wounds

目的探究纳米银敷料与磺胺嘧啶银软膏治疗烧伤创面的临床效果。方法方便选择2012年4月—2017年4月来该院进行治疗的104例烧伤患者作为研究对象,按照随机分配的原则将其分为观察组和对照组,各52例。对照组患者采用磺胺嘧啶银软膏进行治疗,观察组患者采用纳米银敷料进行治疗,比较两组患者的烧伤治疗情况及不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组患者创面感染率(1.92%)较对照组(15.38%)低,烧伤创面愈合的时间(13.24±1.41)d较对照组(17.56±1.37)d短,住院时间(14.93±1.52)d较对照组(18.87±1.49)d短,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应的发生率(3.85%)较对照组(19.23%)低,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纳米银敷料保留了磺胺嘧啶银强大的杀菌特点,同时在此基础上进行了适当的改进,对于烧伤患者的治疗效果值得肯定,同时不良反应发生率及感染率低,值得在临床工作中推广应用。

Objective This paper tries to explore the clinical effect of nano silver dressing and sulfadiazine silver ointment on the treatment of burn wounds. Methods 104 cases of burn patients accepted treatments in this hospital from April 2012 to April 2017 were chosen as the research objects, and divided into the observation group and control group according to the principle of random allocation, with 52 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with sulfadiazine silver ointment, while patients in the observation group were treated with nano silver dressing, the treatment effects of burns and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results The wound infection rate of the observation group was 1.92%, lower than the control group of 15.38%, the burn wound healing time of the observation group was（13.24±1.41）d, shorter than the control group of（17.56±1.37）d, the length of stay of the observation group was（14.93 ±1.52）d, shorter than the control group of（18.87±1.49）d, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.85%, lower than the control group of 19.23%, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nano silver dressing retains the strong bactericidal characteristics of flamazine, besides it undergoes appropriate improvement, its treatment effect for patients with burn should be affirmed, and its incidence of adverse reactions and infection rate is low, therefore it is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
