舒适护理在胸外科患者中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Comfortable Nursing in Department of Thoracic Surgery

目的分析总结舒适护理在胸外科患者中的应用效果。方法随机抽取该院2016年1月—2017年6月收治的89例胸外科手术患者,分为对照组(n=44)与观察组(n=45),对照组患者采取的是传统的护理干预模式,观察组患者采取的是舒适护理干预。对比两组患者的临床护理总治愈率、术后呼吸功能与临床护理满意度的情况。结果观察组患者的临床总治愈率为93.33%,明显高于对照组患者的40.91%,同时护理满意度为97.78%,高于对照组患者的54.55%,并且在术后的呼吸功能恢复方面明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胸外科患者中采取舒适护理模式可有效的提升患者的护理满意度,并改善患者的术后呼吸功能,使患者获得良好的预后质量,具有较高的临床推广价值。

Objective This paper tries to analyze and summarize the application effect of comfortable nursing in department of thoracic surgery. Methods 89 cases of patients underwent thoracic surgery were randomly selected in this hospital from January 2016 to June 2017, and were divided into the control group（n=44） and the observation group（n =45）, the control group was treated with traditional nursing intervention, and the observation group took the comfort nursing intervention. The total clinical cure rate, postoperative respiratory function and clinical nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, significantly higher than the control group of40.91%, and nursing satisfaction was 97.78%, higher than that of the control group of 54.55%, and the recovery was significantly better than the control group of patients with postoperative respiratory function, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The comfortable nursing mode in the department of thoracic surgery can effectively improve the patient＇s satisfaction, and improve the respiratory function of patients after surgery, so that patients can get good prognosis quality, which has a high clinical value.
